The image is a screenshot of a smartphone displaying an app interface. At the top, there is a checkmark icon indicating completion. Below it, there's a message reading "You're all set for your trip." The main section of the screen features a circular profile photo of a smiling person, identified as "John Solked." Next to the photo is a small map with a location pin labeled "ToMo," marking the meeting point. Beneath this, in a rounded rectangle, details are listed: the Meet Time is 07:20 PM, Meet Date is 06 Dec. 2024, the Meeting Point is T1 – Door 12, ToMo Sign, and the Meet Word is Bananas. At the bottom, there are sponsor logos, one labeled "JOYEUX" and the other for the "Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority." A note mentions a free drink offer for John at any airport concession. The screen ends with a blue "Close" button.

See which fellow passenger you are matched with!

Travel Day

Using ToMo means travelling with assistance has never been easier.

Simply input your flight information in the app, and ToMo will match you with a fellow passenger travelling on the same flight.

Just to demonstrate a trend, it's again as easy as 1, 2, 3!

The image shows an elderly person standing outside an airport terminal. They are smiling, wearing a brown jacket over a dark patterned shirt and dark pants. They are holding a black cane in their left hand and a black suitcase with wheels in their right hand. The background features glass doors, a stainless steel trash can, and several people walking nearby. A purple sign with white text "ToMo" is prominently displayed to the left of the person. Several cars are parked along the road adjacent to the sidewalk. An elevated walkway can be seen in the distance.

Meet at the ToMo designated meeting point

Every airport terminal has a designated ToMo vehicle drop-off point where you and your fellow passenger meet.

2

Transit Through the Airport

Once you meet up, the person offering assistance can immediately start helping. Since you are both passengers on the same flight, you travel together from the meet point to the aircraft.

The image displays a lively airport scene with two people walking side by side in the foreground. On the left, a young man with short hair, carrying a black rolling suitcase. On the right, an older woman with white hair, holding a brown handbag. The two people are walking together. The young man appears to help the older woman. The background features a busy terminal with several people walking and numerous overhead signs, some of which have text indicating directions and information for travelers. The flooring and ceiling are brightly lit.

All Aboard

When you get to your airplane, assistance ends with lifting the bag into the overhead bin although at that point, the flight attendant can probably help!
